- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not my best experience. Front desk was pleasant. Hygienist was pleasant enough, though the conversation was very awkward. Dentists didn't make me feel like my concerns were being heard. Building was old, could hear every other conversation in the office.. Every time someone walked down the hall the x-ray machine bounced up and down while pointed at my skull (!?!) Even had to retake a few times. I'm pretty sure the dentist that arrived on my second appointment for a filling was not the dentist I thought I'd be seeing.. No explanation or introduction other than what might have been the discomfiting and unprofessional whispering I thought I overheard about a possible call-out-sick. Office politics ought best be discussed away from patients' ears. Except to obtain my medical records, I won't be going back.February 07, 2017by Peter Breitmaier
